Items purchased through the Lottie Norton Design Shop are printed to order via Printful or Contrado. As products are custom made especially for each order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• change of mind
• incorrect size selection
• accidental orders

Please check sizing, colours, and product details carefully before placing your order.

Swimwear Products

All swimwear products are custom made to order using DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing and fulfilment processes. Because these items are produced individually upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or ordering errors.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photographs of the item and packaging

Where appropriate, we will offer:

• a replacement
• a refund
• or store credit

Lost Parcels

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please get in touch as soon as possible. We will work with our fulfilment partners and shipping providers to investigate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

Non-Returnable Items

As products are custom made on demand, we cannot accept returns for:

• buyer’s remorse
• ordering the wrong size or colour
• delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers
• slight placement or colour variations that are within normal printing tolerances

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
